Do you build custom Shopify themes or customise existing ones?

Both, and the answer depends on your catalogue. Most small businesses are better served by a strong base theme customised properly, because it costs less to build and far less to maintain. A fully custom theme makes sense when your merchandising genuinely does not fit an existing template.

Can you migrate my store to Shopify without losing SEO?

Yes, and the redirect map is the part that matters. Every old product, collection and content URL needs a 301 to its closest equivalent, and the product data needs to carry over cleanly. Done properly, rankings usually recover within a few weeks.

Is Shopify good for SEO?

Shopify is capable of ranking well, with some known constraints around URL structure and duplicate collection paths. Those are workable. Most Shopify SEO problems I see come from thin product copy and unmanaged collection pages rather than the platform itself.

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes, though most of my clients are on standard Shopify and do not need Plus. If you are considering the upgrade, I will tell you honestly whether your volume justifies it.
