Website Design & Development Services

Websites built by a marketer, so the layout, the copy, and the technical foundation all point at the same thing: turning visitors into customers.

Website Design & Development Services I Offer

WordPress Sites

Custom WordPress builds on a clean theme and a sane plugin stack, set up so your team can edit pages without breaking the layout or the SEO.

Shopify Stores

Shopify builds and theme work aimed at the product page and the checkout, which is where ecommerce revenue is actually won or lost.

Next.js & Headless

Modern React sites on Next.js and Vercel when speed and control matter, including headless WordPress setups that keep the familiar editor.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Landing page structure, offer placement, and A/B testing on the pages that already get traffic, so you get more out of the visitors you have.

Technical SEO Foundations

Schema, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability handled during the build rather than retrofitted onto a site that fights it.

Analytics & Tracking

Conversion tracking, GA4, and server-side events wired up properly, so every later decision about ads or SEO rests on real numbers.

How a Website Project Works

01

Strategy & Scope

We agree on who the site is for, what it has to do commercially, and which pages carry that weight, before anything gets designed.

02

Design & Build

Layout, copy direction, and development happen together on the platform that fits your team, with conversion paths built in rather than added later.

03

Technical Pass

Speed, schema, redirects, and tracking are handled before launch, so the site ships ready for search engines and AI answer engines to read.

04

Launch & Iterate

We go live, watch how real visitors behave, and keep improving the pages that matter instead of calling the project finished on launch day.

Website Design & Development Pricing

Scoped per project, because a five-page marketing site and a custom ecommerce build are not the same job.

Website Design & Development FAQs

Which platform should my site be on?
It depends on who maintains it. WordPress suits teams that want to edit content themselves, Shopify is the right call for most ecommerce, and Next.js is worth it when speed and custom functionality justify a developer being involved. I will tell you honestly when a simpler platform is the better answer for your situation.
Do you redesign existing sites or only build new ones?
Both. A lot of my work is fixing sites that look fine and convert poorly, which often means restructuring pages and tracking rather than starting over. When a rebuild genuinely is cheaper than the repairs, I will say so.
Will a redesign hurt my search rankings?
It can, and that is usually down to redirects. Every URL that changes needs a 301 to its closest equivalent, and the technical foundations need to carry across. I handle redirect mapping as part of the build rather than as an afterthought.
How long does a website take?
A focused marketing site is usually four to eight weeks depending on page count and how quickly content comes together. Ecommerce and custom builds run longer. The timeline is set at scoping and I will flag slippage early rather than at the end.
Do you handle SEO and ads after launch?
Yes, and the site is built with that in mind. A website is the thing every other channel points at, so I would rather build it knowing the SEO and paid ads plan than hand over something those channels have to work around.

Ready for a Site That Earns Its Keep?

Tell me what the site has to do for the business, and I will tell you honestly what it takes to get there.
