REDX
Preston is the kind of person every team needs: very knowledgeable, but never complacent. In my time working with him, I consistently saw him leverage his marketing expertise while actively seeking out new approaches. He would combine a strong strategic foundation with a genuine willingness to test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and push beyond what's comfortable. Whether that meant testing new channels, rethinking established strategies, or simply asking hard questions about why things were done a certain way. In marketing, things change every day and something that worked yesterday might not work today, so any team would be lucky to have someone like Preston!

About the Project
As Website Manager and SEO Director at REDX, a leading prospecting platform for real estate agents, I lead WordPress development, the REDX Publishing team, and the company's organic search strategy. The work focuses on compounding branded demand and capturing competitive non-branded keywords: rebuilding the homepage content strategy around real estate lead generation, systematizing blog production with an AI-assisted SOP, and tightening on-site conversion. Over the last 12 months REDX drew roughly 70,000 organic clicks and 5.9 million impressions, with about 49,000 of those clicks coming from branded search alone.
