About the Project

GeoLeads came out of a one-week internal AI hackathon. The brief was to productize the company data we already had into something a small business owner could buy and use to find local customers. The product team built the MVP. I designed and shipped the website.

My role wasn't engineering or product design, it was running the table. I partnered with our design and engineering team and our marketing function to take a brand that didn't exist on Monday and ship a live marketing site by the end of the week. That meant landing the brand voice, the visual identity, the hero copy, the section structure, the waitlist CTA, and the technical handoff fast enough that nothing stalled.

My favorite contribution was the hero animation. It tells the whole product story in under 15 seconds: pins drop onto a map, customer signals (revenue, recency, intent) light up around them, and you can see at a glance how GeoLeads narrows a market down to the right people. The animation does the explaining so the headline doesn't have to.

On mobile, I added a sticky "Get on the Waitlist" button anchored to the bottom of the viewport. That single CRO call carries the waitlist conversion on phones — the CTA stays in thumb reach no matter how far down the page someone scrolls, instead of forcing them back to the hero to convert.

The shipped site walks through the same arc: a hero with the core value prop and waitlist CTA, a three-step "How It Works" (Draw Your Boundary → Define Your Ideal Customer → Let Your CRM Do the Work), a 167+ filters data section, industry use cases across home services, B2B sales, financial services, and territory mapping, an agency program for LeadConnector resellers, an FAQ, and a closing waitlist push. It launched as a waitlist site (no pricing yet) and is live at geoleads.com.
