Health.md
Personal Project
About the Project
Health.md is an AI health app I'm currently building. It came out of my own habit: every time I asked an AI about a symptom, I had to paste in a master prompt with my whole health history first, or the answer was generic. Health.md flips that — the context window is always filled with the latest, most up-to-date picture of your pre-existing conditions, so every answer already knows your history.
That's also the health-anxiety play. The gap between "weird symptom" and "informed explanation" is where the 2am doom-spiraling lives, and an AI that already knows your baseline closes it.
Privacy is the architecture, not a feature. Your actual health data is stored on device, and the only place it's ever sent is Apple's Private Cloud Compute. That constraint means the app requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later and is currently exclusive to the iOS 27 developer beta.
The model's answers are grounded in a private database of doctor-curated medical studies, so responses draw from vetted research instead of whatever the open internet absorbed. And it syncs with Apple HealthKit and the Oura Ring, pulling all your real health data into one central place so the AI is reasoning from your actual numbers, not your guesses.
