KidSpark

Helped rebuild KidSpark, a network of indoor play-and-learning centers for kids. The core of the project was migrating the site off a bespoke custom theme the team couldn't maintain on their own and onto a standardized theming system — handing them a site they could actually manage in-house without a developer. The result kept the playful, family-friendly brand intact while making day-to-day content updates approachable for non-technical staff. This was one of the last projects I worked on before moving on.
